Will Adriatic Furniture deliver my order?
Yes. Adriatic Furniture delivers goods Australia wide.
Does Adriatic deliver goods overseas?
No. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes. Our delivery charges are based upon your location and the weight of the item being shipped.
For your convenience, we have included a freight calculator on our website.

How soon will Adriatic despatch my item?
Goods that are in stock are generally despatched within 5 business days from receipt of payment.
When will my purchases arrive?
For deliveries to:
- Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne - between 2 and 4 business days from despatch.
- South Australia or Perth - between 4 and 7 business days from despatch.
- Tasmania - between 7 and 9 business days from despatch.
- Rural areas throughout Australia - between 7 and 9 business days from despatch.

Who will carry my purchase inside my home/business?
For non-bulky / non-fragile goods, delivery is to your front door only.

What if my purchases are bulky or fragile?
Bulky or fragile goods will be delivered by a professional furniture handler who provide a premium delivery service.
Your goods will be carefully placed in your home or office for you.
This service does not include unpacking, rubbish removal or moving or removal of old furniture.
Please note that deliveries of bulky or fragile goods to Tasmania or rural areas may take up to 3 weeks.
Will I be contacted prior to delivery of my Adriatic purchase?
Yes. We will contact you either by email or by phone (according to your preference) to let you know the estimated time of arrival.

What if my place is difficult to access for delivery?
You are responsible for advising us if there are any restrictions on our access for delivery.

Do I need to be home to sign for delivery?
Yes. Unless specified otherwise, someone will need to sign for delivery of the goods.

What if realise that I can’t accept delivery on the date I’ve pre-arranged?
If for any reason, you are not present on a pre-arranged delivery date please contact Customer Service immediately for alternative arrangements. Cancellation fees may apply.
What if I need to delay my delivery date?
