Delivery Information

At Adriatic, we know how important it is to you that you receive your product as soon as possible after purchase. Adriatic Furniture delivers goods Australia wide and delivery time varies depending on the item(s), supplier and your location. We always aim to deliver your goods within 7 - 28 business days.

For deliveries to:

• Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne - allow between 7 and 12 business days from dispatch.

• South Australia or Perth - allow between 7 and 12 business days from dispatch.

• Tasmania – allow between 7 and 12 business days from dispatch.

• Rural areas throughout Australia, including Western Australia and the Northern Territory - allow

  between 12 and 28 business days from dispatch.

For special orders or products that are not currently in stock, please email us at so that we can assist you with an estimated availability date.

Deliveries will be made by post / a carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order.

You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. 

We will send you a message by email to tell you when we have despatched your order.

For non-bulky/non-fragile goods, delivery is to your front door only. Bulky/fragile goods that require extra assistance will be delivered by a professional furniture handler that provides a premium delivery service. 

Your goods will be carefully placed in your home or office for you. This service does not include unpacking, rubbish removal or moving/removal of old furniture.

For special freight items (e.g. furniture), our shipping partner will contact you directly to agree on an appropriate delivery time.

While we endeavor to deliver your goods as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by our contracted carriers. We will notify you if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery timeframe but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

If we are unable to deliver your order after two calls by our carrier, we will notify you to try to arrange an alternative date for delivery, convenient to you. If we have failed to contact you after 10 days from the first time we attempted delivery, we will cancel your order and return money paid for the goods. 

We will retain any charge we made for delivery.

We may charge you for any additional costs incurred for shipping or storing the goods when we are unable to deliver your order.

We may deliver the goods in instalments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.

Goods are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us.

If there are any restrictions to our carrier’s access for delivery, including lifts, stairs or tight access etc, you must contact and advise our Customer Service Team on 1300 300 449 or email us on  

It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as we use a secure courier who requires a signature as proof of receipt. We also suggest having an additional person at the delivery address to assist with the placement of your items inside.

If for any reason, you are not going to be present on a pre-arranged delivery date you must immediately contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 300 449 or email us on for alternative arrangements. Please note that late cancellations may incur additional charges.

You may change your order up to 48 hours prior to dispatch of delivery, to an item(s) of equivalent purchase value.

Please note that any custom made or special orders cannot be changed.

We are unable to deliver to a PO Box as all items are sent via our Australia wide courier system.

Please ensure you provide a residential or business address during check out.

Adriatic Furniture delivers goods Australia wide, but unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
