Does Adriatic Furniture have an online price list?
Yes. Prices displayed on this website are the Adriatic Furniture Australia Pty. Ltd. (Adriatic Furniture) current prices. Prices are listed in Australian dollars, are subject to change without notice by Adriatic Furniture and do not include delivery or accessories. Adriatic Furniture reserves the right to correct any errors or misprints (E & OE). Please contact your nearest showroom for further information or special offers.
Is there any special way I need to care for my furniture?
Taking proper care of your furniture will help ensure you can enjoy it in optimum condition for years to come. Please refer to the following care guides for the best way to care for your furniture.
Is all the leather the same?
No. Leather is a natural product and as such every piece of leather is unique. You can tell your leather is authentic by its distinctive natural markings. In fact, the more evident the markings, the better the quality. You can be confident that Adriatic Furniture only uses genuine, top quality leathers.
Does Adriatic Furniture offer finance online?
Unfortunately we can't currently offer finance online, however, we do offer it in store. Please contact your nearest showroom for further information or special offers.
Does Adriatic Furniture come with a guarantee?
Guarantees vary from product to product. Please ask our showroom staff for details or check the guarantee page here on our website.
What does Adriatic Furniture do to help the environment?
We're committed to caring for the environment. That's why we ensure our timber furniture is harvested from sustainable growth forests, all off-cuts are recycled and we only use non-toxic materials.
Where is my order number?
Upon purchase, you will sign and receive a copy of your order form to take home. Your order number is located in the top right hand corner of your order form in red. It consists of a letter and then a 6-digit number. E.g. C148266
How long will it take for my furniture to be delivered?
Upon purchase, the salesperson will indicate an approximate time for delivery of your order. Delivery times can vary, but rest assured we always attempt to minimise any inconvenience caused by delays due to manufacturers, transport and/or other unforseen problems.
What forms of payment does Adriatic Furniture accept?
We accept cash, EFTPOS and bank cheques (no surcharge). Visa & MasterCard payments will incur a 1% surcharge. AMEX and Diners payments will incur a 3% surcharge. Personal or business cheques must be cleared 7 days prior to delivery.
