Adriatic Furniture provide a 12-month warranty against faulty workmanship for all products.

In addition, we are pleased to offer a 10-year frame warranty on new lounges.

We will endeavour to minimize any inconvenience to you in the event that any problem should occur. Our long time experience in the furniture industry means that any replacement or repair of components or parts will be completed to ensure your maximum enjoyment and usage into the future. Lounge frames are covered by a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase and only at the original delivery address. This warranty is valid only in the event of a failure or defect occurring due to a manufacturing fault. Other components including leathers, fabrics, suspensions, foam, mechanisms, zips, legs and stitching are covered from manufacturing defects by a limited 2-year warranty. Normal wear and tear to these components will not be considered within this warranty.

Upon receiving your lounge you may find some compression marks, which should disappear over time. The softening of foam and seat cushions, which is a result of normal use, should not be confused with a loss of resiliency or considered a defect in any way. Your leather, in particular the seat and back sections, will also soften and stretch over time. Both leather and fabrics may crease and fade, while closed scars, grain wrinkles and stretch marks are all natural markings that are typical leather characteristics. These imperfections are evidence of the product being natural leather, and should not be considered defects.

Please note that lounges are a handmade product, and so sizes and weights can vary by 10% from samples or given specifications. There may also be variation in the colour and texture on any replacement component of fabric or leather. This warranty is limited only to the replacement of and/or repair to the defective part or component. Adriatic Furniture reserves the right to decide whether the claim is due to wear and tear or a manufacturing failure. House calls, freight and labour costs are not included in this warranty and will be charged extra to the purchase price. The customer is also responsible for the cost of replacing suspensions, webbings, fillings and coverings due to wear and tear. This may occur over a period of time depending on the usage.

*Percentage of retail replacement cost equals that to the year of ownership. For example, at year three a $100 part would cost you $25. Household and transport costs charged to customer are standard Adriatic charges. This warranty and the obligations of Adriatic Furniture overrides any other warranty whether expressed or implied as well as any other representation made to the original purchaser and without limitation. This warranty will be deemed invalid should the furniture fail due to: improper maintenance, general misuse, misuse in transport, commercial use, and/or lack of regular maintenance using appropriate methods.
