Hi Franco,

I would just like to say what fantastic service we have had from the word go.

We initially purchased our furniture from the Homemaker centre on Warrigal Rd near Chadstone and the sales assistant (TB 73..Maria I think) was extremely helpful and made our purchase feel like an investment rather than an expense which made us feel very comfortable.

We got the white glove service (a great initiative as setting up can be such a pain) which meant Adriatic took all the rubbish away and that was worth its weight in gold. When Maz came to deliver the furniture nothing was too much trouble,everything was set up in a most professional manner, there was no mess left behind and the guys couldn’t have been more helpful with the whole process. They certainly are a credit to your company and set the standard in customer service (being in that field myself I know what to look for).

We have no hesitation in recommending Adriatic to anyone and will definetly go to you again before anyone else when we need some more furniture. People these days don’t realize that price is long forgotten when quality is assured and with the service your staff have given your company should be proud of them as they have done a great job!

Dear Frank,

Just want to say how impressed I have been with your company from the time I stepped into your shop to delivery and especially the after service. Usually once a sale has been made the customer gets forgotten but I must say in your organisation it does appear that "the customer or client" is very important to you. 

I have penciled in the 25th May for delivery of the new lounge but will confirm that as soon as we know our flight return from overseas (if that date suits you).  As we will be returning from overseas the night before perhaps delivery about 11am or just after, if possible would be appreciated. 

It is really commendable to see your kind of service from as I said our meeting with Dushan (I hope I have spelt his name correctly) to Mark who followed up and then yourself with continued positive response.  I will not hesitate to recommend Adriatic to our friends or anyone else we come in contact with.  Keep up the good work.  We need more companies like you out there.

Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to say a huge thank you to staff at Adriatic, head office and thomastown office. I recently had my furniture delivered and most things were damaged so i had to have them replaced. I was very happy with how quickly my furniture did get replaced without any issues. I had a few people ring me to apologise and to let me know that the new furniture will be delivered the following day.
The manager, Lilyana at the thomastowon office has always provided fantastic service, always very helpful and she has been a pleasure to deal with.

Hello Franco,

Despite the various delays, it was delivered today and has been very well repaired.
 
In particular, I would like to comment on your delivery drivers - for both pickup and delivery they were fast, efficient, courteous and friendly.  
 
Both my son and daughter are leaving home and will be setting up house within the next 12 months and I'll be sending them on to your firm on the basis of both price and service.
