We know that customers are always excited to get their new furniture home as soon as possible. That’s why we now provide a click and collect service from our Preston distribution centre at 78-82 Chifley Drive Preston 3072 on Wednesday & Friday between 10am – 3pm by appointment only.

Click & Collect at Preston Distribution Centre
If your chosen item is eligible for Click & Collect, the option to pick up at our Preston Distribution Centre will appear at checkout when placing your online order.
Important Note:
Click & Collect cannot be selected if your cart includes products that are not eligible for pick-up. To proceed, we recommend placing two separate orders — one for items to be shipped, and another for items available for collection.

Collect your purchase from our Preston distribution centre
Please note, upon confirmation we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of your intention to pick up an order. Our distribution centre is open from 10am-3pm, Wednesday & Friday. Be sure to bring along your sales order and a proof of identity document (driver’s license, passport or proof of age card). Bookings must be made in advance for any click & collect orders.
When collecting your order, it is important that you have adequate help to load and secure your products from our distribution centre to your vehicle. Occupational Health and Safety guidelines prohibit our staff from lifting furniture outside our distribution centre, so we are unable to assist. Adriatic Furniture will not be liable for any damage caused due to incorrect/unsafe loading or improper securing of all collected goods. Please be aware that most items are heavy and require a minimum of two people to be correctly lifted into a suitable vehicle. Once you have collected your order from our distribution centre, you assume all responsibility with correct assembly and installation. As all Adriatic products are quality controlled and checked prior to packaging and dispatch, we will not accept any claims for products which have been collected, assembled and accepted by you. In the event you require assistance to assemble a product which you have collected from our distribution centre, a minimum service call out fee of $99.00 will apply for metropolitan Melbourne. We prefer and encourage all clients to utilise our professional delivery service to ensure products are delivered and assembled in good order and condition.
