We know that customers are always excited to get their new furniture home as soon as possible. That’s why we now provide a click and collect service from our Preston distribution centre at 78-82 Chifley Drive Preston 3072

Purchase online and we can have your order ready to collect! It’s as simple as ABC.

  1. Order your item
    If click and collect is available for your item, it will appear as an option when making your purchase. For a list of items that are available via our click and collect service, click here.
  2. Receive an email confirming it’s ready to be picked up – usually within 48 hours.
    (Please allow extra time for confirmation on purchases made on weekends and public holidays.)
  3. Collect your purchase from our Preston distribution centre.
    Please note, upon confirmation we require 24 hours’ notice of your intention to pick up an order. Our distribution centre is open from 10am-3pm, Monday to Friday. Be sure to bring along your sales order and a proof of identity document (driver’s license, passport or proof of age card).

When collecting your order, it is important that you have adequate help to load and secure your products from our distribution centre to your vehicle. Occupational Health and Safety guidelines prohibit our staff from lifting furniture outside our distribution centre, so we are unable to assist. Adriatic Furniture will not be liable for any damage caused due to incorrect/unsafe loading or improper securing of all collected goods. Please be aware that some items are heavy and require two people to lift them.

Items available for click and collect

Small items less than 20kg can be collected from our distribution centre in Preston. These items are only those that can be safely lifted by one person by hand.
