It was only a brief 5 minutes at the Preston store for a pickup of a couple of barstools which I purchased at Thomastown, however, the hospitality and customer service Anthony had shown me was phenomenal. I felt welcomed and valued and he had gone over and beyond to make a simple transaction seamless. Thank you for making my afternoon!

The staff were very helpful and kept in contact re the delivery status. The table, chairs and stools look fantastic and we are very happy with them. The delivery people were excellent too. We then purchased a sofa bed, but I had to go to the Maribyrnong store to see it which wasn’t that convenient. The delivery guys were amazing and somehow got it upstairs.

Very happy with my new Dylan corner lounge. This time tried Adriatic Preston (although a bit further from my home) as it was referred by a family friend. Great experience. Staff was great, specially Anthony who was very spot on to understand our requirements and apart from answering our queries also educated us with some tips to upkeep the furniture. Order was expedited and delivered within a week while other stores in the area couldn’t even commit same model to Christmas. Thanks Anthony and team Preston.
